Apprecio collects the information needed to create and fulfill personalized puzzle gifts, including contact details, uploaded photos or logos, recipient information, custom messages, and order details.

Payment information is processed by Square. Apprecio does not store full card numbers in this application.

Uploaded photos, logos, and project files are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are used only for quote preparation, digital proofs, production, fulfillment, and customer support.

Contact messages and business inquiries are stored so Apprecio can respond, prepare quotes, and manage order history.
